Pricing model

All NameRight plans are one-time purchases. No subscription. No auto-renewal. No recurring charges.

Payment processing

Payments are processed securely by PayPal and our payment processor. NameRight does not store payment card details.

The charge on your statement will appear as: NAMERIGHT DOC SERVICES

Currency & taxes

All prices are in USD.

Applicable sales tax or VAT may be calculated and added at checkout by our payment processor, based on your location.

Receipts & invoices

A payment confirmation is sent to your email after purchase. For a formal invoice, email support@nameright.app with your order ID.

Refunds

Refund requests submitted within 7 days are reviewed against account activity. Once you access personalized materials or generate documents, the purchase becomes non-refundable.

Unrecognized charge?

If you do not recognize a charge from NAMERIGHT DOC SERVICES, please contact us at support@nameright.app before filing a dispute with your bank. We resolve billing issues promptly and are happy to help.
